Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over USD $49 for U.S and Canada customers. Usually, it will take 1-7 business days for you to receive your order. For faster shipping service, you can choose from our Express Shipping options.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Return Policy

Vocici has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you should inform us by email at vocici.com@gmail.com. within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your name, order number and the item you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Then you can return the item with a delivery service of your choice and at your own expense. We highly recommend you to add a tracking number to return package as we will not be responsilbe for any return packages that are lost during transit.

Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the stated instuctions, your refund will be processes. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order(shipping fees are not eligible for refund). If you purchased with a free shipping option including our free shipping promotion, a flat fee of US$12 will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover the original shipping cost.

Jewelry Care Instructions

We recommend that you remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, bathing, housekeeping or exercising.

Keep lotions, perfume, sprays, bleach and other chemicals or beauty products away from your jewelry.

Wipe your jewelry with a lint-free, soft cloth and store it in an appropriate jewelry case.
